Kennesaw State University

Kennesaw State University is 20 miles from Atlanta and is located on 240 acres of land. It has gotten accreditation Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. It is the third largest university in Georgia with over 24,600 students from 142 countries enrolled. It was founded in 1963 and opened in 1966 with Horace Sturgis as the first President. The college offers 50 degrees in their undergraduate program, 20 masters programs, and 5 doctoral programs. The college is known for its business, nursing, education, sports management, and criminal justice programs.
