Ms. Pennington is passionate about community, our next generation and continually learning. Leading Next Generation (LNG) is a 501(c)3 non-profit that was formed in July 2015 by Founder Heather Pennington in an effort to equip the next generation with the necessary skills to be confident, competent and successful as they enter into adulthood. Through this 12 month academy, students will learn on both a personal and a professional level how to dress properly for an interview, how to write a resume, manage their finances, what etiquette looks like around the table in a business environment, social communication skills, and more.
