Focus on why you were in business, to begin with. What is the culture of your company? What are we good at and why? Why are we in business? Most importantly, be genuine when answering these questions. These questions will also help you identify who your customer is.
2.) Branding yourself is extremely important. Don’t try to look like everybody else. It’s good to look at your competition and your industry, but it’s also good to make sure you look different and you’re not trying to copy everyone else.
